Dear community users,

In order to enhance the promotion of FCoin trading depth by limit-order Mining, we are scheduled to optimize the FCoin Limit-order Mining algorithm at 0:00 (GMT+8) on April 17, 2019.

**The effect of the algorithm upgrade is:**

After the algorithm is upgraded, for the Limit-orders which were fulfilled after 10 minutes, or the limit-order duration is more than 1 hour and the limit price is within 5% floating range of the average price, the mining returns will increase;

While for the Limit-orders which were fulfilled more than 1 hour and limit price is far from the average price range, the mining returns will decrease.

**The specific implementation plan is:**

**The cardinality of Limit-order Mining **=** **Limit order amount (USDT equivalent)** ***** Limit-order Mining duration ***** coefficient**

1. The computing method of **the** **Limit-order Mining duration of order** (remain unchanged) is:

The minimum unit of Limit-order Mining duration is 1 hour;

For the Limit-order Mining duration more than 1 hour, no matter if this order was fulfilled or canceled, the Limit-order **Mining duration** will be calculated by hours with Fractions are rounded down;

For the Limit-order Mining duration is between 10 minutes and 1 hour, if it was fulfilled in the end, the **Mining duration** shall be regarded as 1 hour;

For the Limit-order Mining duration is between 10 minutes and 1 hour, if it was canceled in the end (Unfilled or not all completed), the **Mining duration** shall be regarded as 0;

For the Limit-order Mining duration is less than 10 minutes, the **Mining duration** shall be regarded as 0.

2. The computing method of **the coefficient of order** (which is the new rule) is:

For the Limit-order Mining duration less than 1 hour, the **coefficient** is regarded as 1;

For the Limit-order Mining duration more than 1 hour, if all orders were fulfilled in the end, the **coefficient** is regarded as 1;

For the Limit-order Mining duration, more than 1 hour but unfilled or not all completed, the **coefficient** is computed as:

If the limit price of the trading pair is within 5% floating range of its average price range on that day, the **coefficient** is regarded as 1;

If the limit price of the trading pair is within 5%-10% floating range of its average price range on that day, the **coefficient** is regarded as 0.8;

If the limit price of the trading pair is within 10%-20% floating range of its average price range on that day, the **coefficient** is regarded as 0.5;

If the limit price of the trading pair is 20% out of the range of its average price on that day, the **coefficient** is regarded as 0.3;
