I. Drawbacks and Defects of Original Promotion Mining
1. Due to the issues of interest distribution and competition, it is difficult to form complementary advantages and synergy between the promotion nodes, and it is also difficult for a single node to have advantages in high-quality content production and channel promotion resources.
2. There is a vicious competition between nodes (reporting each other), the unequal distribution of rewards within the nodes sparks quarrels, and the heavy distribution workload of the node KYC+ rewards causes serious internal friction.
3. There is a lack of unified coordination between the nodes, and the promotion content of each node in each session is inconsistent. On one hand, an effective synergy cannot be formed; on the other hand, it challenges the evaluation criteria and fairness of users and the judgement committee;
4. The promotion content is not well produced, and it is difficult to produce high-quality content that impresses professional investors.
II. Overall Idea of the Improvement Program
The promotion mining method which is based on community members will be upgraded as follows:
Guided by the promotion results, it will be organized and coordinated by the FCoin official marketing department, and led and implemented by the FCoin Promotion Working Group; while at the same time, the functions and operation mechanisms of the Promotion Working Group will be further optimized, and community members with professional competence or resources will be openly recruited for an in-depth participation and selected to enter the Promotion Working Group, and receive corresponding promotion tasks according to the division of professional skills;
Each month, the jury of the Promotion Working Group will quantify the workload and participation of community users and give certain rewards. The jury of the Promotion Working Group consists of 5 members, among whom the leader of the FCoin Promotion Working Group 沈飞 and the FT ecology head Carrie Yang are resident judges. And the remaining 3 judges are selected according to merit from community partners who voluntarily register and they will rotate monthly to guarantee the fairness of the judgement.
The original promotion nodes (including city nodes) can participate in mining promotion in the name of teams, and receive tasks specific to the team. All individuals or teams that claim tasks will be rewarded.
1. Task Direction
1) The content includes, but is not limited to, dedicated lines for in-depth reports, promotion advertorials, and community stories, etc. Community talents with design and video production capabilities are also welcome to provide multi-form content such as posters, videos, one-page presentations, PPT presentations, and so forth.
2) Channels include, but are not limited to, blockchain platform media, We Media, KOLs, and user communities in the coin community.
3) Community talents with speech experience will be organized to receive training, so as to cooperate with city nodes FT Community Committee passed the proposal on the optimization and improvement of FT global city nodes to conduct offline promotion; while at the same time, expert advisors will be recruited in the entire market, so that more mainstream practitioners can understand the FT ecology.
2. Recruitment and Exit Rules
1) In the first phase, at least 10 individual members will be selected to enter the Promotion Working Group, and the final team members will be voted openly by the Community Committee and selected according to merit. (The original promotion nodes can directly join the Promotion Working Group as teams voluntarily without being selected)
2) The first shortlisted Promotion Working Group members will be hired for one month. After the expiration of one month, the marketing department will score them according to the workload and quality of work, and the last five (individuals or teams) will be eliminated. And on the basis of community development, the number of Promotion Working Group members will be decided for the next phrase.
3) The recruitment of the Promotion Working Group is valid for a long term, so community users can submit the application at any time. After verification, they will officially enter the team and get the qualifications for promotion tasks in the next promotion month.
3. Quantification of Reward
1) The winning articles will be ranked first, second, and third in terms of length and quality, and rewarded on the basis of grades;
2) Posters and videos will be comprehensively evaluated in terms of quantity, quality, and completion of thematic expression, the completion degree of works is used as the evaluation weight coefficient, and they are rewarded on the basis of grades;
3) The channel promotion rewards will be comprehensively evaluated in terms of the number of people reaching the target customer group and the weight of the channel quality, and it will be rewarded on the basis of grades;
4) Public speeches will be comprehensively evaluated and rewarded according to the number of audience.
Note: At the beginning of each month, the official marketing department will release the marketing plan for the current month and the promotion tasks that need to be coordinated. Each task will be more specifically marked with the corresponding reward amount.
